By accessing and using the Vorkalinghakeo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Vorkalinghakeo provides party decor and furniture rental services for events in the Los Angeles area. Our services include furniture rentals, decor items, delivery, setup, and pickup services.
Rental Agreement
By placing a rental order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event and contact information
- Use rental items only for their intended purpose
- Return items in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear
- Provide adequate access for delivery and pickup at the event location
- Not sublet or transfer rental items to third parties
Reservations and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days before event: Full deposit refund minus processing fee
- Cancellations 14-29 days before event: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations less than 14 days before event: No refund
Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
Damage and Loss
You are responsible for rental items from delivery until pickup. Normal wear is expected and acceptable. You will be charged for:
- Damage beyond normal wear requiring repair
- Lost or stolen items requiring replacement
- Excessive cleaning required due to stains or soiling
Optional damage protection is available at booking.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance. You must ensure access to the venue at the agreed times. Additional charges may apply for delays, difficult access, or rescheduling.
Limitation of Liability
Vorkalinghakeo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the affected items.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vorkalinghakeo and is protected by copyright laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
