Rental Return Overview

As a rental service, Vorkalinghakeo operates on a delivery and pickup model. All rented furniture and decor items are picked up by our team after your event according to the agreed schedule.

Standard Pickup Process

Our standard rental process includes:

  • Delivery of items to your event venue at the scheduled time
  • Professional setup of furniture and decor as arranged
  • Pickup of all items after your event concludes
  • Items should be accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time

Pickup Scheduling

Pickup times are scheduled when you place your rental order. Standard pickups occur:

  • Same day: For daytime events ending before 6 PM
  • Next morning: For evening events or when same-day pickup is not feasible
  • Custom timing: Available for multi-day events at additional rates

Please ensure all items are gathered in an accessible location before the scheduled pickup time.

Item Condition at Return

We expect items to be returned in the same condition as delivered, allowing for normal event use:

  • Normal wear from standard use is acceptable
  • Minor food or beverage spills that are surface-level are expected
  • Items should not be disassembled unless instructed
  • Report any significant damage or issues to our team immediately

Damage Assessment

After pickup, our team inspects all returned items. If damage beyond normal wear is found:

  • We will contact you with documentation of the damage
  • Repair costs will be charged to the payment method on file
  • Replacement costs apply for items that cannot be repaired
  • You may dispute charges within 7 days with supporting evidence

Lost or Missing Items

All items are inventoried at delivery and pickup. If items are missing:

  • Our team will notify you at the time of pickup
  • You have 48 hours to locate and return missing items
  • After 48 hours, replacement costs will be charged

Extended Rentals

If you need items for longer than originally booked:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • Extensions are subject to availability
  • Daily rental rates apply for each additional day
  • Unauthorized extensions incur double the daily rate

Self-Pickup Orders

For orders picked up from our showroom:

  • Items must be returned to our location by the agreed date and time
  • Late returns are charged at the daily rental rate
  • Items must be packaged safely for transport
